# Stock refill

Refilling stock is a guided process in which the stocker puts products into the machine. The Hub records the refill, and it lets you prepare a restock plan in advance.

## Stocking on the machine

Service menu → Product and stocking management → **Refill**. The wizard has these steps:

1. **Unload.** A slot where you change the product in the Hub (Clear on refill mode) is unloaded into the buffer. Expired items go to write-off.
2. **Stock check** in the slots that stay.
3. **Refill.** Lets you enter stocking for individual slots by hand, or stock **Fill to capacity**, or **From pick list**, if you have a restock plan prepared in the Hub (see below).
4. **Saving.** The items are written into the slots. The quantities catch up in the Hub — on a larger machine this can take several minutes. A session is created in the machine detail on the **Refills** tab.
5. **Floor check** — the last step, only on a lift machine. You confirm that the floors are pushed in and nothing sticks out, and the lift travels up and down. When the lift hits something, the wizard does not finish and you can repeat the travel.

Interrupting in the middle closes the session. Sort out unfinished physical unloading before you start the wizard again.

## Restock plan in the Hub

In the machine detail, on the **Pick List** tab, you prepare a restock plan: products and the number of items. The machine offers it in step 3 of the refill. After saving on the machine, the plan is marked as consumed and disappears from the offer.

Slot capacities must match. The plan counts on how much fits in the slot.
