# What is Spiroq

Spiroq is made of two parts that talk to each other.

The **app in the machine** runs on the tablet in the machine. The customer uses it to interact with the sales interface, choose goods, and pay. The technician uses it to refill stock and change the machine settings.

**Admin Hub** is the web app at [app.spiroq.com](https://app.spiroq.com). From there you see an overview of machines, products, prices, stock, and sales. You do most changes from the office. The machine accepts a change when it is online.

## What you handle in the Hub without going to the machine

* whether the machine is online and what sold today
* which product is in which slot and at what price it is shown
* stocking or clearing remotely
* discount codes, banners, and the error overview

## What is done at the machine

* the first installation
* connecting a coin changer or a terminal and testing payment
* physically refilling the goods
* service when a slot does not dispense
