# Sign-in and roles

Open the Admin Hub at [app.spiroq.com](https://app.spiroq.com) and sign in with the e-mail and password you received when the account was created. You change the password in **Settings → Password**. Do not share your account with anyone.

The default operator access in the Hub is the **Provider** role. If you need more access to the Hub, contact a Spiroq sales representative.

## Technician and stocker on the machine

The password entered at [first start](/en/guides/navody/getting-started-and-installation/pruvodce.md) creates **admin** access on the machine. This password opens the complete service menu, and it should not be shared with anyone — it cannot be changed remotely.

Create other users who should have access to the machine service menu in the Hub on the [Technicians & stockers](/en/hub-screens/hub/technici.md) tab. Each one gets a name and a numeric code. The user reaches the [service menu](/en/guides/navody/everyday-operation/servisni-menu.md) after five taps on the logo and entering the code. The machine must be online to verify the code. To take access away from a user, set the **Active** field to **No**.

The app on the machine has three entries:

* **Admin** — the password from the first start. The whole service menu.
* **Technician** — full access: slot management and stocking, payment settings, device settings, cloud connection, Android options, and other machine configuration.
* **Stocker** — stocking only (Refill) and the app update.
