# Password and users

## Password

**Settings → Password** changes the password for the HUB account you are signed in with. After the change, sign in again.

This password **is not** the service password on the machine (six digits from the wizard), nor the code of a [technician or stocker](/en/hub-screens/hub/technici.md).

## Hub users

An ordinary **Provider** account does not create further access to the Hub. When you need more access, contact a Spiroq sales representative.
