# Operator

**Settings → Operator** applies to the whole fleet of your operator (company), not to one machine.

**Compensation voucher bonus** is an extra percent on the voucher the machine sends when the card charges money and the goods do not come out. It is a bonus meant to encourage the customer to choose the discount voucher. The choice is 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, or 50 percent. Zero means a voucher for exactly the amount of the failed units.
