# Support requests

**Support requests** shows messages sent from the web form on the Spiroq website. The customer reaches it by a QR code on the machine — a general one (a fault) or one after a failed card payment ([refund](/en/guides/navody/troubleshooting/vraceni-penez.md)).

The list shows the date the request was sent, the status, the type (**Problem** or **Refund request**), the machine, the customer's name, phone, and e-mail, and the message sent.

The status (**New**, **In progress**, **Resolved**, **Rejected**) is only an informational overview for the team. Switching it does not fix the problem or the refund by itself — you still have to resolve the customer and the machine your own way (phone, e-mail, refund).

Until the customer submits the form, there is no row in the Hub. Showing the QR on the machine does not create a request.
