# Analytics

The **Analytics** tab on **Dashboard** is available from the **Pro** plan.

It compares revenue, the number of units sold, the best and worst products, and the performance of individual machines in the selected period. Choosing one machine adds a stock-level chart over time and the effect of a [refill](/en/guides/navody/everyday-operation/doplneni.md).

Only completed purchases are counted. One purchase is one cart; the units inside are items.

The same sales view for one machine is on the machine detail [Analytics](/en/hub-screens/hub/seznam/analytika.md) tab, in **Sales analytics** mode. The customer's path from the offer to payment is on the [User behavior](/en/hub-screens/hub/prehled/uzivatelske-chovani.md) tab.

## Filter

There are two filters at the top. Both apply to the cards and the charts at once. Under them is a **Period** row with the concrete date range.

**Select Machine** shows **All Machines** by default. Choosing one machine narrows the data on the whole tab to that machine only, and adds **Stock level**, refill dots, and the refill-impact panel to the revenue and sales-volume chart. Machines on the **Starter** plan cannot be selected in the filter, and they are not included in the totals.

**Period** limits the time window the figures are summed from. The choice affects how often the revenue chart steps. The default is **Last 30 days**.

**Today** ends at the current moment, not at midnight.

## What the tab shows

Three cards above the charts summarize the selected period:

* **Sales** — number of units sold.
* **Revenue** — sum for the items sold.
* **Net profit** — revenue without VAT minus purchase cost. The card appears once at least one sold product has a cost set. When cost is missing for some products, profit is incomplete — the tab says so.

**Revenue & Sales Volume** is a chart over time. The blue area is **Revenue**, the orange line is **Sales count** (units). Switches above the chart hide a given metric.

When one machine is selected, a green dashed **Stock level** appears, as a percent of capacity at the end of each step. Green dots are refills. Tap a dot to open **Refill overview**, which shows what was stocked and what was cleared. On the right is the panel **Impact of restocking on average revenue over the last 3 months**: average daily revenue on days 0–3 after a refill, from day 4 onward, and **Decline / Growth** between them. This panel keeps the last three months even when the period filter is shorter.

**Four cards** focused on product sales include only goods that sold in the selected period. The card shows the first four; the list of the first ten can be opened with Show more. The comparison on a row compares with an equally long period immediately before the selected one.

* **Best Sellers** — the most units sold.
* **Dead Stock** — the fewest units among what did sell. Goods that did not sell at all are not here.
* **Most Profitable** — the highest net profit (revenue without VAT minus purchase cost). A product without a cost is not in the list.
* **Lowest Revenue** — the lowest revenue.

**Machine Profitability** shows at most six machines with the highest revenue.

**Peak Hours** sums units sold by hour of day across the whole period, not day by day. Under the chart is **Peak Hour**, the hour with the highest unit count.
