# Refill analytics

The **Refill analytics** tab on **Dashboard** is available from the **Enterprise** plan.

It calculates and shows how often it pays to go to a machine. It compares revenue just after a refill visit with revenue when the assortment is already running out, and it suggests the next visit interval for each machine.

A refill visit is a day when the machine stocked at least five units. Days when the machine was out of service are left out of the calculation.

The list of historical refill sessions is in the HUB menu [Refills](/en/hub-screens/hub/relace-doplneni.md) and on the machine detail [Refills](/en/hub-screens/hub/seznam/doplneni.md) tab. Stocking itself happens on the machine; see [Stock refill](/en/guides/navody/everyday-operation/doplneni.md) in the service menu.

## Filter

The economic fields at the top of the screen apply to the dashboard and to refill planning.

* **Gross margin %** — a manual margin estimate.
  * **per-product margins** — instead of the manual number, takes the weighted average of margins from product costs for the chosen period. The margin field locks.
* **Cost per refill (CZK)** — what one trip to the machine costs.
  * **per machine** — a separate refill-trip cost on each machine. An empty field uses the shared cost.

Without a margin and a refill-trip cost, the recommendation says from which day revenue falls. With both numbers, it looks for an interval of 1–8 days at which daily profit is highest. An expensive trip pushes the recommendation later, even when revenue is already falling.

The current-state cards (fill level, units to restock, sold-out products, revenue yesterday and for the last seven days, average revenue per machine, average purchase, and machines that are weakly stocked right now) are not changed by these filters.

In the second part of the page, on the **Dashboard** tab, there are two more filters. They apply to the charts and tables on that tab.

* **Whole fleet** is the default. Choosing a specific machine narrows the dashboard to that machine only, including the **When to refill** table.
* **Period** is **60** or **90 days**, or a custom range **From** and **To**. The minimum is 60 days, the maximum is 180. The default is the last 60 days. Data runs through yesterday and is recalculated once a day.

The **Refill planning** tab has neither a machine filter nor a period filter. It uses the recommended cadence and the current stock.

## What the tab shows

### Current state

Eight cards above the tabs show the current state. The chosen period does not affect them:

* **Fill level now** — stock divided by the capacity of spirals that have a product assigned.
* **To restock now** — how many units are missing to full, across machines.
* **Sold-out products** — a product that is now at zero in all of its spirals.
* **Revenue yesterday** and **Revenue — last 7 days**.
* **Avg per machine/day** — revenue for seven days divided by the number of machines and days.
* **Avg basket (7 days)** — average revenue of one purchase.
* **Machines below 50 %** — machines whose fill level is below half of capacity.

Tap the fill level, the units to restock, or machines below 50 % to open the machine table. Tap sold-out products to open the product table.

### Dashboard

Four cards compare the state after a refill with the slowdown. The slowdown is the day from which a machine's daily revenue falls below 70 % of its fresh baseline. The fresh baseline is the average of the refill day and the day after it, adjusted for the weekday effect.

* **Avg revenue — freshly refilled** — the "fresh baseline".
* **Avg revenue — in slowdown** — the average from the day revenue is shown to be falling.
* **Days in slowdown** — the share of measured days on which the machine was already in slowdown.
* **Left on the table / month** — without economics, an estimate of extra revenue from the gap between freshly refilled and slowdown. With a margin and a refill-trip cost set, it is the change in revenue at the recommended cadence.

**Revenue vs. days since refill** is a curve of average daily revenue by how many days have passed since the refill visit.

**Freshly refilled vs. slowdown** is two columns for each machine: **Fresh (day 0–2)** and **In slowdown (own threshold)**.

**After top sellers run out** appears only when the data has at least five days before the top sellers sold out and five days after. It compares the average daily revenue of the rest of the assortment. A sold-out top seller also pulls the other goods down.

**When to refill** is a table of machines. It contains:

* **Revenue falls from** — the day since the last refill when revenue falls below 70 % of the fresh baseline.
* **Worth going** — without economics, the same day. With a margin and a refill-trip cost, the interval with the highest daily profit. When there is no slowdown in the data, **weekly refill is enough**.
* **Net now/mo**, **At recommended/mo**, and **Extra/mo** — only with economics set. Without it, the column is **Revenue on the table/mo**.

At the top of the card is **Best refill day** — the weekday after which the strongest days follow.

**Impact of cadence changes** splits the chosen period in half. For a machine with at least two refill visits in each half, it compares how the gap between visits changed and how average daily revenue changed. With economics set, net profit per month is added. When there are not enough visits, the table stays empty.

**Add a spiral — best first** lists products whose demand at the recommended cadence exceeds spiral capacity. Sold out means that in a cycle at least 70 % of capacity left and then nothing sold for at least two days. **Free up a spiral — worst first** lists products with the lowest revenue per spiral, including those with zero sales in the chosen period.

### Refill planning

A route plan by the recommended cadence.

* **Overdue** — the machine should already have been refilled.
* **Today** — the visit falls on today.
* **Next 7 days** — day by day.

The order on the card is priority (the largest daily loss first). When at least two machines have a location filled in on the detail, the order is a route from the highest priority to the nearest next one. The label **postponed — slower sales** means the sales pace pushed the visit later.

On a machine there is a **Picking list** — products and unit counts to fill up. **Export CSV** downloads the picking list for that day. **Stock up from picking list** sends stocking to the machine. For refilling we recommend [Refill](/en/guides/navody/everyday-operation/doplneni.md) in the machine's service menu.

**Not planned** are machines with no refill visit in the history, or machines whose revenue drop is unrelated to refilling.

A restock plan for one machine, which the machine offers in the third step of Refill, is prepared in the [Pick List](/en/hub-screens/hub/seznam/pick-list.md).
