# Detailed overview

The **Detailed Overview** tab on **Dashboard** is available from the **Pro** plan.

It breaks revenue and sales down further than the opening card: by day, by machine, and by product. Use it to compare which machine and which product did well in the selected period.

Only completed purchases are counted. One purchase is one cart; the units inside are items.

## Filter

There are two filters at the top. Both apply to the cards and the charts at once. Under them is a **Period** row with the concrete date range.

**Select Machine** shows **All Machines** by default. Choosing one machine narrows the data on the whole tab to that machine only. Machines on the **Starter** plan cannot be selected in the filter, and they are not included in the totals.

**Period** limits the time window the figures are summed from. The choice affects how often the chart steps. The default is **Last 30 days**.

**Today** ends at the current moment, not at midnight.

## What the tab shows

Three cards above the charts summarize the selected period:

* **Sales** — number of units sold.
* **Revenue** — sum for the items sold.
* **Net profit** — revenue without VAT minus purchase cost. The card appears once at least one sold product has a cost set. When cost is missing for some products, profit is incomplete — the tab says so.

**Sales Overview** is a bar chart of revenue over time. The green line is **Net profit** in the same steps as the bars. The step (hour, day, week, month) is controlled by the period filter.

**Product Profitability** shows at most 20 products with the highest revenue. Each has a bar made of cost and net profit. The grey part **Cost not set** is revenue of a product whose purchase cost is missing in the catalog — it is not included in profit.

**Avg. Order Value** shows the average revenue of one completed purchase in each step of the period. The number above the chart is the average of those steps that had at least one purchase. It is not total revenue divided by the number of purchases.

**Sales by Day & Hour** is a grid split by weekday (Monday to Sunday) and by four-hour blocks from midnight. A cell shows the number of units sold; the bottom of the column is the sum for the whole day.
