Clicking a row opens the [order detail](/en/hub-screens/hub/prodej/detail-objednavky.md). For one machine, the same list is on the [Sales](/en/hub-screens/hub/seznam/prodeje.md) tab. One purchase is one cart, even when several units left the machine one after another. The record is created on the machine by itself; it cannot be created by hand. ## Summary Above the tabs is a bar for successful purchases, not for the current table filter. The figures use the last 60 days. * **Today** — number of successful purchases and revenue. The indicator under the amount compares with yesterday. * **Last 30 days** — number of purchases and revenue. The indicator compares with the previous 30 days. * **Best seller** — three products with the most units in the last 30 days. A click opens the [product detail](/en/hub-screens/hub/produkty/detail-produktu.md). * **Avg. purchase** — average revenue per one successful purchase over the last 30 days. * **This month VAT** — revenue of this calendar month by the rate **21%**, **12%**, and **0%**. Hover to see the base and the VAT. * **This month payments** — the same period split into **Coins**, **Card**, and **Online**. ## Tabs * **Sales** — individual purchases. Here is the **Successful sales** / **All sales** switch and export. * **Movements & Write-offs** — available from the **Pro** plan. Stock decreases (sale, expiration, write-off, buffer). * **Movements Report** — available from the **Pro** plan. Sales and write-offs in one table, a date and machine filter, and export. * **Products Report** — available from the **Pro** plan. Sum of units, revenue, and write-offs by product. The **Show detailed list** switch breaks prices down by rule and discount code, and the records can be exported. ## Successful sales / All sales On the **Sales** tab there is a switch: * **Successful sales** — only completed purchases (status **Completed**). The default view. * **All sales** — also unfinished, cancelled, and failed carts (Wolt queue, cancellation, vend failure). Above the table is **Search** — it looks through records by machine name or serial number. The **Product** column can be filtered by a product from the catalog. Columns: * **Created at** — date and time of the purchase. * **Product** — quantity and name. * **Machine** — name and serial number. * **Total price** — amount to pay after the discount. * **Payment** — **Coins**, **Card**, or **Online**. * **Status** — how the purchase ended. * **Channel** — **Kiosk** is a purchase on the machine. **Remote** is a remote order, typically Wolt. * **Device reservation** — whether the machine confirmed the lock of units for a remote order. ## Export On the **Sales** tab, export is available from the **Pro** plan. **Export XLSX**, **Export CSV**, and **Export XML** open the **Export sales** dialog. You choose the format and the period: **This month**, **Previous month**, **This week**, **Previous week**, or **Custom**. XLSX has three sheets: **Sales**, **VAT recap**, and **Payments**. XML is for the Pohoda accounting program. Export includes only successful purchases in the chosen period. ## What is recorded for a sale The machine or Spiroq writes the data. The operator does not fill it in at purchase time. | Field | Required | Meaning | | -------------------- | -------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Created at | yes | Date and time of the purchase. | | Machine | yes | Which machine the purchase was created on. | | Product and quantity | yes | Cart items. Each has a name and a quantity. | | Total price | yes | Amount to pay after the discount. It is calculated from dispensed units. The price breakdown and the refund are in the [order detail](/en/hub-screens/hub/prodej/detail-objednavky.md). | | Status | yes | How the purchase progressed. **Completed** is a successful sale. Also **Created**, **Queued**, **In process**, **Dispensing**, **Cancelled**, **Failed**. | | Payment | no | **Coins**, **Card**, or **Online**. | | Channel | no | **Kiosk** or **Remote**. | | Device reservation | no | Only for a remote order: **Waiting for the machine**, **Confirmed by the machine**, **Partial**, **Failed**. | | Customer | no | Name, if the purchase has one. Often missing for an ordinary purchase on the machine. | | Pickup code | no | Code for the courier on a Wolt order. | | Reserved until | no | Until when the courier should pick up the order. | | Discount code | no | Code text, type, and value at the moment of purchase. The discount amount is subtracted from the total price. | | Base price | no | Catalog price of the unit before the discount. | | Price rule | no | Discount from a [pricing rule](/en/hub-screens/hub/cenove-balicky/cenova-pravidla.md) and the rule name. | | Package discount | no | Share of the discount from a [price package](/en/hub-screens/hub/cenove-balicky.md). | | Price after discount | no | Unit price after the rule and the package, still before the code on the whole cart. | | Unvended items | no | Units that were not dispensed after payment. They are not in the total price. | | Compensation voucher | no | Code, amount, validity, and e-mail, if a voucher was created after a vend failure. | | Refund request | no | When the customer chose a refund through support. | | SumUp payment | no | Payment status through the Solo terminal, and any refund of the difference. |
