Clicking a row opens the [detail](/en/hub-screens/hub/produkty/detail-produktu.md). Creating a product does not automatically put a unit into a machine. The machine downloads the catalog once that product is assigned to a slot — the procedure is in [Product into a slot](/en/guides/navody/everyday-operation/produkt-do-slotu.md). The unit count in a slot is handled by [stocking](/en/guides/navody/everyday-operation/naskladneni.md). ## Summary Above the table is a bar for the whole catalog, not only for the filtered rows. * **Total** — number of products, together with how many new products there were in the last 30 days. * **Best seller** — the product with the most units sold in the last 30 days. * **Most profitable** — the product with the highest profit in the last 30 days. It is calculated only where a purchase cost is set. * **Growing** — the product whose sales (pcs) grew the most over the last 30 days compared with the previous 30 days. ## Filter Above the table is the **Search** field. It goes through the product's text fields (name, SKU, and EAN). Further filters in the bar: * **Active** — by default only products that are turned on are visible. Turned-off products appear only after you change the filter. * **Size** — S, M, L, XL, or XXL. * **Category**. In the **Product** column you can filter the name, **SKU / EAN**, active state, and category separately. ## What is in a row The first column, **Product**, contains the image, the name, a state indicator (green for active and grey for inactive), the size, and optionally an **18+** label on products that require an age check. Under the name is the category and the SKU. Further columns: * **Sales (30 days)** — number of units sold. The indicator under the number compares with the previous 30 days. * **Revenue** — the sum for the whole time. Under it is the amount for the **last 30 days** and a comparison with the previous period. * **Storage count** — units in the warehouse in the HUB. * **Price** — selling price with VAT. When a purchase cost is set, the margin in percent is under it. The last column in the table lets you **Duplicate** the product. A copy is created with **(copy)** added to the name. Show and hide columns with the gear icon on the right above the table. The default sort is by sales over 30 days. The **Table** / **Tiles** switch above the list changes the view — both views contain the same information. ## New product **New product** opens the same form as **Edit** in the [detail](/en/hub-screens/hub/produkty/detail-produktu.md). In **Barcode (EAN)**, after you fill in the EAN you can tap **Load from Open Food Facts**. The name, weight, image, and description are filled in. | Field | Required | Meaning | | ------------------------- | -------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | EAN | no | Barcode. | | Name | yes | Name in the catalog and on the machine. | | SKU | no | Internal code. Fill it in if the product will go to [Wolt](/en/guides/navody/everyday-operation/wolt.md) or you will pair it with the warehouse. | | Size | no | S, M, L, XL, or XXL. | | Category | no | Grouping in the catalog. You can create a new category straight from the picker. | | Price (with VAT) | yes | Base selling price. Until the product is in a slot, you change it here. Once it is assigned, the field locks and you change the price in the detail with **Change price on all machines**. | | Currency | no | The default is CZK. | | VAT rate | no | A decimal number, **0.21** = 21%. The default is 0.21. As you type, the price without VAT, the VAT, and the total price are calculated under the field. | | Input mode | no | A switch — you enter the purchase cost as **Net (without VAT)** or **Gross (with VAT)**. | | Cost (purchase) | no | Without it, margin and profit are not calculated. | | Input VAT rate | no | The default is 0.21. | | Cost currency | no | The default is CZK. | | Max units per slot | no | How many units fit in one spiral. When the product is assigned to a slot, the slot capacity changes automatically if a) the slot does not have a capacity yet, or b) the capacity equals the max units per slot of the previous product. | | Weight (grams) | no | Weight of one unit. | | Rating | no | A number from 0 to 5. In the detail it is shown with stars. | | Rating count | no | How many ratings are counted toward the number. | | Description | no | Text on the machine. A longer description is saved; the machine shows only the beginning. The recommended **maximum** length is 1000 characters. | | Main image | no | JPEG, PNG, or WebP, at most 8 MB. The Hub resizes it so the longer side is at most 1024 px. | | Enabled | no | The default is on. A turned-off product is not offered on the machine, even if it is still in a slot. | | Active | no | The default is on. A turned-off product is not offered on the machine. It is hidden in the product list until you change the **Active** filter. | | Requires age verification | no | **18+** is shown on the product on the machine. The customer must present an ID before payment. It requires a compatible card reader. | | Allergens | no | List of allergens in the product detail. | | Pricing groups | no | Which [pricing rule](/en/hub-screens/hub/cenove-balicky/cenova-pravidla.md) groups the product belongs to. | ## Import **Import** lets you upload many products at once from a CSV or XLSX file.
