# Machine errors

The **Errors** tab is the list of events from this machine. The same events from all machines are in [**Errors and alerts**](/en/hub-screens/hub/errory.md); that page of the documentation also has the typical fix for these problems.

Typical records:

* a vend failed, including when the machine itself decided to turn a slot off
* a payment did not go through (time limit, cancellation, decline, cash, change)
* a coin mech or terminal the machine expects stopped responding
* age verification did not pass
* an app update failed or rolled back to the previous version
* someone missed the service code three times and the menu locked for 30 minutes

A record states the time, the slot, the error code, and a short explanation. Handle a slot that is not selling according to the [guide](/en/guides/navody/troubleshooting/slot-neprodava.md).
