Markdown versions of documentation pages are available by appending `.md` to page URLs; this page is available as [Markdown](https://docs.spiroq.com/en/hub-screens/hub/seznam/zahlavi.md). # Machine detail The detail opens by clicking a row in the [machine list](/en/hub-screens/hub/seznam.md). ## Header Next to the name, the top card shows the status (**online**, **offline**, or **maintenance**) and **Change plan**, by clicking the badge with the current plan. Under the name is the serial number. On the right is the time the machine was **Last seen** and the app version. A green version is current; red indicates an older version, and we recommend an [Update](/en/guides/navody/everyday-operation/aktualizace-aplikace.md). Actions at the top right: * **Service request** — creates a request for this machine. * **Edit machine** — name, serial number, address, and other fields. The fields are in the table below. * **Delete machine** — deletes the machine in the Hub, including slots, stock, sales, and banners. The app stays on the tablet. **This cannot be undone.** ## Detail The **Show details** button expands the header. Inside is: * Machine **Type**. * **Operator** — the company the machine belongs to. * **Display** — screen size. * **Location** — city and street, shown on the map on the right. * **Last seen** and **App version**. * **Payment devices** — connected devices (coin mech, MDB, or a SumUp payment terminal). The badge color shows whether the device is active. A paired SumUp has the **Card: SumUp** label. * **Description**, if it is filled in. * **Service menu PIN** — the six-digit code entered when the machine was installed. In the Hub it is only displayed; it is not entered here. ## Summary card filter Above the cards is a period picker. The default is **Last 30 days**. The filter changes only **Total revenue** and **Total sales**. Stock and temperature are current; the period does not affect them. **Today** ends at the current moment, not at midnight. ## Summary cards * **Total revenue** — sum of completed purchases in the selected period. * **Total sales** — number of units sold in the selected period. * **Inventory status** — how many units are in the slot against capacity. Under that, the count of **expired** units and of those **expiring soon** (within 14 days). * **Temperature** — the last reported cabin temperature. **Cool** and **Off** send a command to the machine. The machine keeps the target temperature itself; the Hub does not store it. ## Alerts Alert bars appear only when there is a reason for them. | Bar | What it means | What to do | | -------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Machine offline – no response for 5+ minutes** | The Hub has not received a status from the machine. | The **Wake machine** button. If it does not respond, the procedure is in [The machine is offline](/en/guides/navody/troubleshooting/automat-je-offline.md). | | **Temperature too high** / **Temperature too low** | The cabin is outside the set temperature thresholds. | Check the cooling on site. You change the thresholds in the machine detail; the mode is set with the buttons on the temperature card. | | **Lift pickup area is full — please remove the goods** | Goods were left in the pickup compartment, and the lift will not dispense further. | The next customer usually resolves it: before their purchase they get the prompt **Take the item from the pickup**. Once they take the goods, the message in the Hub disappears. The pickup compartment can also be unlocked remotely with **Unlock the door** in the **Lift service** bar. That needs a designated person at the machine; the tablet shows the **Unlock** confirmation, and only then does the door open so the goods can be taken out. | | **A site visit is required** | There is an obstacle under the lift platform (dropped goods, a cup). This is not goods in the pickup compartment. | The situation has to be resolved on site: power the machine off and physically remove the goods. The pickup-compartment door can also be unlocked remotely with **Pick up goods under the platform** in the **Lift service** bar. That needs a designated person at the machine. The tablet shows the **Item under the lift** prompt and the **Start** confirmation. Only then does the lift go down to the lowest floor, to free the space under it, and the pickup cabinet unlocks so the goods can be taken out. Once the space is clear, the message in the Hub disappears. | | **The machine is locked after an error** | After a previous error, the board locked the lift and refuses further vends. This is not goods in the pickup or under the platform. | A site visit is not needed. In the **Lift service** bar, tap **Clear lift faults**. | | **Slot {slot} was not dispensed in the latest attempt.** | A slot did not dispense on the latest attempt. | Block the slot so it does not keep selling, and check it on site. **Acknowledged** hides the message. It may also disappear on its own after the next successful vend from that slot. | | **Unsynced product plan** | A product swap is waiting on slots that the machine does not have yet. | While the machine is online, choose **Pair planned layout**. | ## Machine fields **Edit machine** opens the machine detail dialog. | Field | Required | Meaning | | ------------------------------ | -------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Name | yes | Name in the list and in the header. | | Serial number | yes | Identification of the tablet. **Do not change it** unless you are changing the tablet. | | Street | no | Address of the place where the machine stands. | | City | no | City. | | Postal code | no | Postal code. | | Country | no | Country. | | Display size | no | Screen diagonal in the machine. | | Min temperature threshold (°C) | no | Below this temperature the **Temperature too low** bar appears. Empty = no minimum watch. | | Max temperature threshold (°C) | no | Above this temperature the **Temperature too high** bar appears. Empty = no maximum watch. | | Has lift | no | Turns on the **Lift service** bar (unlocking the door, goods under the lift, clearing errors). Leave it off on a machine without a lift. | | Description | no | A note for you.
