# Warehouse

**Warehouse** is available from the **Pro** plan. It lets you keep stock records of goods outside the machines: what you have in the warehouse before you take it to a machine.

## Current Stock

The first tab shows how many units of each product are in the warehouse now.

Columns: **Product**, **EAN**, **Quantity**, **Expiration**, **Price**, and **Purchase Price**. Expiration is aggregated by best-before date; records are ordered from the nearest expiration. When there are more, you expand them.

## Stock Movements

The second tab is the history of receipts and issues.

Each row has **Date**, **Product**, **Type** (+ receipt, − issue), **Count**, **Expiration**, and the **User** who recorded the movement. The sum of these movements is the quantity on the **Current Stock** tab.

## Controlling the warehouse level

**To stock** adds units. You choose the product, the quantity, and optionally the best-before date.

**Dispatch** is mainly for correcting the state (damaged, lost, or wrongly recorded units). An ordinary refill trip to a machine is not subtracted from the warehouse by hand — units are assigned automatically once you record them into a slot on the machine.

When sync with an ERP is turned on, receipt and issue from the HUB are not available. Movements then serve only as an overview.

## How refilling works

1. You receive the goods into **Warehouse** (**To stock**).
2. Then, when stocking on the machine, the units are recorded into slots with the [Refill](/en/guides/navody/everyday-operation/doplneni.md) wizard.
3. The HUB removes them from the warehouse itself — oldest expiration first — and records the issue in **Stock Movements**. The **Dispatch** button is not needed for that.

On the machine there is also a **buffer**. It is a virtual store on the tablet, not a physical shelf. When a product is swapped in the first step of Refill, the machine sets the units from the slot aside here, so the same product can be stocked into another slot right away. When stocking, it takes them before new goods "from the car". Expired units do not go here — they are written off.

## What the warehouse is not

The unit count in a machine slot (stocking on [Slot layout](/en/hub-screens/hub/seznam/rozlozeni.md)) **does not drive the warehouse**.
