# Customers

**Customers** is the list of people the Hub knows from a purchase or a voucher — typically an e-mail entered on the machine.

It is not a register of everyone who stood at the machine. A visit without an e-mail does not add a row. Age verification and a code from a card are not stored here.

Open a customer when you are looking up a voucher or a repeat purchase with the same address. A refund from the form is in [Support requests](/en/hub-screens/hub/pozadavky.md), not here.
